• Product Design/Business Analysts - Zurich
• Professional Services  Consultants - London and New York
• Experienced Java Engineers - Zurich
• Quality Assurance - Zurich
• Product Training Specialist  - Located in either Zurich, New York , or London

General Requirements

• Experience in a financial environment, preferably in the alternative investment area
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem / business analysis skills
• A customer-oriented problem solving attitude
• English language, fluently spoken and written
• Strong team player
• Self organizing abilities
• German and/or French is a plus, but not essential

In order to secure an interview, candidates should have the following background:

Product Design/Business Analysts

• Deep understanding of fund of hedge fund business
• Software product design experience
• Production  of product detailed functional specifications
• Design of application enhancements and new features

Professional Services

• Account management in a software vendor in financial services
• Experience in a professional service capacity ( vendor or consulting )
• Project team leader over client implementations
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Mapping of system and client operation workflow
• Product integration strategies and planning
• Client training and management

Senior Java Engineers

• Experience in Java and XML engineering
• Experience in object oriented design
• Hands on Java middle-tier and service oriented architecture experience
• Java Swing experience
• SQL knowledge is a plus

Quality Assurance

• Experience in quality assurance and control
• Test management leadership
• Automated testing - functional and non-functional
• Integration of quality control within engineering process
