Ian Morley

Chairman

Ian Morley is Chairman of Corazon Capital Limited, an asset management company; Chairman of Allenbridge Hedge, a hedge fund rating and consulting company; and Director of Wentworth Hall, a consulting and private equity company.

Mr. Morley was formerly CEO of DDO, a hedge fund of funds; Head of Derivatives and Quantitative Fund management at AIB Govett; Managing Director of Rudolf Wolff Fund Management and European Director of Managed Futures at Lehman Brothers. Ian was the founding Chairman of The Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA). He has advised the Bank of England, the Central Bank of Ireland, the OECD, the EU, the FSA and other international institutions about the hedge fund industry.

Mr. Morley graduated with a BSc Economics (Hons) from the LSE. He appears regularly on television, radio and conferences throughout the world and his articles are frequently published in leading financial journals.

Tom Furrer

Vice Chairman and Founder

Tom Furrer, Founder and long-time former CEO of Infonic AG, has over 25 years of experience consulting for international firms in technology and finance. Under his leadership, Infonic’s main product suite, HedgeSphere, grew into the world’s leading software solution for operations in the alternative investment industry.

As part of the Board, Tom Furrer concentrates on strategic client development. Mr. Furrer has worked closely with alternative investment managers, administrators, private banks and global investment banks, including Man Investments, Citco Fund Services, LGT Capital Partners, HSBC Republic and Financial Risk Management. He has been the driving force behind product strategy at Infonic. In the past decade, he has driven the development of the HedgeSphere suite into the fund of hedge fund industry’s first technology platform with a near real-time, scalable valuation process, deep look-through position and cash management and highly visual scenario-based portfolio planning.

Mr. Furrer’s earlier consulting work included providing IT services to Credit Suisse, UBS, Julius Baer, Axa Insurance and SwissRe, specializing in business analysis, software design and information engineering.

Mr. Furrer holds a Masters in Computer Science from ETHZ, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, and has received additional post graduate education at Harvard Business School in Boston, MA.

Alexander Aebi

Director

Alexander Aebi is a prominent advisor and active board member to Swiss and Irish firms in the financial services industry. His firm, Abiba Consulting AG, provides senior management consultancy to renowned financial institutions in the areas of enterprise and departmental strategies.

Mr. Aebi served as a board Director for BNP Paribas Services. Today, he holds various board positions including with FinOps AG, Swiss Benchmarking AG, and Cabrae AG. He has also advised many firms including: UBS, SWX Group, SIS, BNP Paribas, Bank Vontobel,Telekurs Finanz, Telekurs Card Solutions, Bank Coop, Basler Kantonalbank, Baloise Bank SoBa, Union Banque Privee, Bank Linth, Bank Sarasin, and PayNet.

Mr. Aebi worked for the Swiss Bank Corporation between 1969 and 1981 when he founded Mibas Consulting AG. In 1990, he merged Mibas with EBOB forming COMIT. He sold his interest in COMIT in 2001 to form Abiba Consulting.

Mr. Aebi completed several programs at Harvard Business School and the Haas School of Business, Berkeley, and is certified as a Board Director with ZFU.

Dieter Benz

Director

Dieter H. Benz, Swiss citizen, has many years of experience as a Member of the Senior Management and Financial Director in service enterprises and industrial companies of the electronic and machine industry. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hügli Holding AG, a Swiss public company of the consumer goods industry. He is Member of the Board of several companies. After basic commercial training, he took university entrance examination and went on to study social- and economic sciences at Zurich University. He is a certified financial controller.
